PRICES
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. To shop at jetaime.se, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission. Such permission can be provided by a parent sending their explicit consent to us via email.
Je t'aime reserves the right to sell out of stock and to correct any potential errors on our website, such as incorrect product descriptions, technical specifications, inventory levels or prices. Je t'aime has the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price is listed for a product you have ordered, Je t'aime will inform you of this and await your acceptance of the corrected price before proceeding with the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose to pay by card, invoice, or installment (Svea).
SVEA Invoice If you choose Svea Invoice, your invoice will be sent as a PDF to the email address you provided when making your purchase. When paying via Svea Invoice, you shop securely and easily. You never need to provide your card details and always pay after receiving your goods.
Installment with SVEA This payment method allows you to decide how much you want to pay each month. But Svea offers more than that. In addition to always receiving your goods before paying, you can consolidate all your purchases into one account. This applies even if you have shopped at different stores via Svea. This means one single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.
SHIPPING
Once we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent via email with details of your purchase. Make it a habit to always check your order confirmation to ensure the information is correct. Save your order confirmation so you have it on hand if you need to contact customer service. You will receive a notification from Postnord via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup at your closest pick up point. Please present valid identification to collect your order. Je t’aime takes full responsibility for the order until you have received it securely.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to a 14 day withdrawal period when shopping online. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, customers of www.jetaime.se have a 30 day return policy from the day you receive the order. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or return, you can send an email within the deadline to our customer service at info@jetaime.se. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, which is available further down under this section.
If you wish to return, claim, or exchange items purchased on jetaime.se, the items must be returned via postal service. You, as the consumer, are responsible for any return shipping costs and ensuring that the return reaches us. We recommend sending your return with a tracking option. Once we have received and registered your return, a refund will be processed through Svea within approximately 2-5 business days. If you chose invoice as your payment method and have not yet paid your invoice, the amount will be adjusted and the total amount will be updated.
Please use the original packaging when returning an item. The item must be complete. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the product to the extent necessary to determine if you are satisfied with it, typically once. You may, of course, open the product packaging if needed to inspect the item. Je t'aime reserves the right to make a depreciation deduction if the items are returned in a deteriorated condition.

RETURN CLAIM
Warranty We apply the Consumer Purchase Act’s warranty, which gives you the right to claim a product for up to three years. We also follow the guidelines set by the Swedish Consumer Agency, and in the event of a dispute, we always adhere to the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
To exercise your warranty, contact the store where the item was purchased or via email to customer service at info@jetaime.se. For contact via email, please include the order number or receipt number from the time of purchase and, for any repairs of the item, also include a picture of the item. The claim should be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. In cases where Je t'aime needs additional information for further handling of the matter, you will be notified accordingly.
REFUND OBLIGATION
If you exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the items back to us by mail, we will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the day we received the return. If parts of a delivery are returned to us, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Items delivered as a package to a postal delivery point will be notified by SMS to your mobile and will be available at the agent for 14 days. Unclaimed items will be returned to us. For all packages not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees, and administration fees, currently 150 SEK.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
At Je t'aime, we always strive to resolve disputes directly with our customers. If we are unable to reach a solution, you as a consumer have the right to contact a local alternative dispute resolution board to file your complaint. Je t'aime is committed to following the decisions and recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) as an alternative dispute resolution body. You may, therefore, contact ARN regarding your claim against Je t'aime.
